Your birth, your story…
Every Pregnant person has different visions, hopes, and feelings surrounding their birth and pregnancy. As a doula, I build my model of care on a foundation of understanding what’s most important to your family.
My goal is to provide individualized care that meets your family's needs. Whether you are birthing in a hospital or at home, I offer informational and emotional support to you and your loved ones through the entire pregnancy, birth, and immediate time postpartum.
What you can expect:
Unlimited text and email support from the date of hire.
Two 2 hour-long educational prenatal visits in your home before the birth.
Assistance in creating a set of birth wishes (birth plan).
24/7 on-call support starting at 38 weeks up until the day of your birth.
Hands-on care and comfort through the duration of your labor and birth.
One 2 hour-long postpartum visit after your birth.
Why Hire a Birth doula:
As a doula, I give full circle support and care to your family. While other providers may work on rotating schedules, I have the ability to stay with you through the entire labor and birth journey. In addition, studies show that having a doula positively influences birth outcomes.

I come to this precious time in folks' lives knowing that their bonds with family have a wellspring of comfort and care that feels like home.
I aim to work with and uplift anyone on your chosen birth team. Supporting the team can look like me giving reminders for birth partners to take breaks to eat and drink. Teaching hands-on birth support techniques to folks so they can be front and center in caring for the pregnant person. Reassuring that birth is normal as the sights, sounds, and intensity of the journey can be overwhelming at times. I can also hold space and give continuous care so birth partners can take a break or sleep knowing that their loved one is in good hands.
