Talk Therapy
I provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, including teens and adults. My work is emotionally focused and relational, with a special interest in perinatal mental health, pregnancy, postpartum, and family transitions.
I have completed my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Saint Michael’s College and am now practicing as a post-graduate, pre-licensed clinician while working toward LCMHC licensure in Vermont. I practice under the supervision of Aubrey Carpenter, PhD.

To avoid conflicts of interest, I am not able to take returning doula families as therapy clients.
